Shipping Policy – Orising Canada

1. Shipping Regions

We currently ship orders only within Canada. We do not ship internationally.

2. Processing Time

• Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
• Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

3. Delivery Time and Cost

• Standard Shipping: 1–7 business days.
• Express Shipping: 1–3 business days.
• Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on location and delivery option.
• Free Standard Shipping is available on orders over $200 CAD (before tax).

 4. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email to monitor your delivery.

5. Delays

We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by courier companies, customs, or unforeseen events (weather, strikes, etc.).

6. Damaged or Lost Packages

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at info@orising.ca. We will work with the courier to resolve the issue.
