Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Orising Canada. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, you may request a return in accordance with the following policy.

1. Return Period

You may return an item within 14 calendar days of receiving your order.

2. Return Conditions

• The item must be in unused condition, in its original packaging, and with an intact seal/safety sticker.
• We do not accept returns of products if the packaging has been opened or the product has been used (in accordance with Canadian health and safety regulations).
• Exception: if the item arrived damaged during delivery or has a manufacturing defect.

3. Return Process

• To initiate a return, please email us at info@orising.ca with your order number and reason for return.
• We will provide instructions and the Canadian warehouse address for the return.
• The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, except in cases of defective or damaged items.

4. Refunds

• Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund.
• Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment (credit card, PayPal, etc.).
• Processing time: 5–10 business days after confirmation of return.

5. Non-Returnable Items

• Gift cards
• Promotional or clearance items marked “Final Sale”
• Opened cosmetic products
